Sunday, February 3, 2008, 2147, 6925 usb. An interesting mix of slow scan TV in the pirate band this afternoon. I missed the first but managed to capture most of the rest. Most were transmitted in Scottie 1 mode, but at least one, the Bipolar Radio image, was in Scottie DX.

Sunday, November 11, 2007, 1603, 6925 usb. Techno music, frequent "international shortwave" and "Power Jam" IDs. SSTVs in Scottie DX mode began around 1618. "International shortwave" IDs in between, as well as some transmissions in other modes, including CW. SIO 333 s7.

Lasar Hot Hots/Sycko

Saturday, September 29, 2007, 1501, 6925 usb. Music, good sound, weak but clear. At 1503, however, a Sycko Radio SSTV appeared on top, much stronger. ID from the music station at 1509, Lasar Hot Hits, Radio Caroline 558 also mentioned. Another SSTV from Sycko at 1511. Song "Hair" from the movie of the same name at 1516. Sycko testing audio at 1517, seemingly oblivious to the other transmission. Sycko silent from then on, Lasar Hot Hots relay continued with music and commentary. ID at 1526 and into Elvis.

Sycko on again at 1538 with a rap-ish song, best on 6925.18. Off a minute later, then back at 1542. Lasar off at 1551 and Sycko back on at 1553, best at 6925.1.

SIO 243 here on Lasar, 444 on Sycko.

Saturday, January 20, 2007, 2050, 6925 usb. SSTV in Scottie DX mode, mixing with Dr. Benway and Undercover Radio. Appears to be more anti-WARR images, but at a much poorer signal level than earlier.

Poor copy on Undercover Radio, but I did notice an ID at 2102 and 2105. SIO 222.

1855. Appears to be an anti-Commander Bunny image. Bunny QSL picture with universal "no" circle? Very weak reception on this one.

1859. Monkey profiles. Chris Smolinski with his pal Al Fansome as thery listen to pirate radio.

Twilight Zone-themed program immediately followed. "Even though you've been warned, enjoy your flat tires." at 1729. Off at 1730.

Friday May 12, 2006, 2300, 6925 usb. Voice of Mike Gaukin with ID and Jay Smilkstein "I'm for gay rights". SSTV in Scottie DX mode at 2304 decoded into a portrait of Commander Bunny. Another SSTV followed at 2308 featuring Mrs. Commander Bunny. SIO 555.

Sunday February 26, 2006, 1900, 6925 usb. More SSTV and CW from WBNY, again with excellent conditions. Robot 36 SSTV detected at 1915, decoded a quarter of a screen of blue and green, then switched to Scottie DX shortly thereafter with the "Rodents Rule" image.

Sunday, February 26, 2006, 1628, 6925 usb. WBNY is sending out slow scan tv (in Scottie DX format, according to MMSSTV) and CW. Transmitted several images. SSTV started and aborted a couple of times around 1633, someone said "Okay rabbit get your act together" and another SSTV followed. Last image received here around 1700.
